Is there a cost for plan management?

No, plan management is fully funded by the NDIS. There is no cost to you - the NDIS covers our fees as part of your plan budget under the Improved Life Choices capacity building category.

Can I use any service provider?

Yes, with plan management you can use both registered and unregistered NDIS service providers. This gives you much more choice and flexibility in selecting the supports that work best for you.

How long does switching plan managers take?

The switching process usually takes just a few business days. Once you contact us, we handle all the paperwork and communication with the NDIS and your current provider. You can start enjoying better service very quickly.
